Modern Real Estate is a new breed of company. We recognize that you have a choice when it comes to working with a real estate professional. Our combined real estate experience and unparalleled knowledge of the region and industry are at your service!  Our office is conveniently located off of I-70 just west of I-25, with over 90 Agents across the Denver Metro Area, and owned by two great guys - Ryan Jonke and Paul Kenner.

About Me - Jon Patterson

I am dedicated to providing real results and strong, consistent advice for my clients based on experience and current, real world information.  Over the past 4 years my team ranked consistently in the top 5% of properties sold in the Denver Metro region.  I am a native Coloradoan and have helped hundreds of clients buy, sell and invest since 2004. My wife Sabrina and I work together to bring full service marketing and sales support to all our clients and we proudly stand behind each property we list and each Buyer we help.   We are also active Real Estate investors, which I finds helps keep us in touch with the latest market trends and demands from both a buyer and a sellers personal standpoint.  It also brings us enormous satisfaction to know we are helping support the economy and stimulate growth in declining areas.

My lovely wife helps me with the day to day handling of administrative and organizational aspects of the business.  She also researches new and improved advertising avenues to help us continually improve our service.  She is also my backup for when I'm in the field helping clients, she can be reached at 303-809-6889 or Sabrina@RealProHomes.com.

These three make a great team and help us wade through the title work.  They've continually provided top notch service over the years and I'm always happy doing business with them.

Lender - Position Pending
I've used any number of different lenders over the years, some had great skills and others I'd never even think of using again.  My recommended lender has recently retired and I'm searching for a replacement that I feel confident enough of to refer to my clients.
